Payments
Why did my payment fail?
Your monthly, quarterly or annual payment could have failed for several reasons: an insufficient balance, expired credit card, etc. Double-check this information with your bank in case of payment difficulties.

If you think your credit card has expired, you need to update your new card payment details in your account.
If you determine that it isn’t a problem with your bank or payment method, contact our team and we’ll help you sort it out.

Online Shop Orders Delivery

My order never arrived, but is shown as delivered.
If your package doesn’t arrive after 3-5 days of the delivery date, please contact the shipment company to submit a claim and write to our customer service for assistance.

My order is still showing unfulfilled

No worries, your order may have been shipped with another one of your orders using the same tracking info! If you didn’t place any other orders and it’s still showing unfulfilled after a week, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver everywhere! No restrictions. 

Returns

Can I return my order?

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and it is possible to return your online shop order within 20 days after delivery.  Return shipments will be at sender's charge and eligible for store credit only. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact the customer service team at PAY2PICK.STORE@GMAIL.COM. A return label will be issued for you and your new item will be shipped to you upon reception of your damaged piece.
