No worries, your order may have been shipped with another one of your orders using the same tracking info! If you didn’t place any other orders and it’s still showing unfulfilled after a week, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and it is possible to return your online shop order within 20 days after delivery. Return shipments will be at sender's charge and eligible for store credit only. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact the customer service team at PAY2PICK.STORE@GMAIL.COM. A return label will be issued for you and your new item will be shipped to you upon reception of your damaged piece.
